Des del joc, i és immediat. Obre Fall Line → Settings → Delete my data. La teva fitxa, el teu rècord i totes les teves partides s'esborren del servidor a l'acte i no es poden recuperar.

Què s'esborra: l'identificador que va crear el joc, l'identificador de Play Jocs si n'hi havia, el nom visible, el rècord i totes les files de partides. S'esborra tot; no en queda cap còpia ni cap resum.

Què NO s'esborra: els cristalls i els vestits que tens, perquè no viuen al servidor sinó al teu telèfon. Desinstal·lar el joc se'ls emporta.

Si no pots obrir el joc, escriu a support@evolutiongame.es des del correu del teu compte de Play Jocs i ho farem nosaltres en un termini màxim de 30 dies.

From inside the game, and it is immediate. Open Fall Line → Settings → Delete my data. Your record and all your runs are erased from the server at once and cannot be recovered.

What is erased: the identifier the game created, your Play Games identifier if there was one, your display name, your best score and every run row. Everything — no copy and no summary is kept.

What is not erased: your crystals and skins, because they do not live on the server but on your phone. Uninstalling the game removes them.

If you cannot open the game, write to support@evolutiongame.es from the email of your Play Games account and we will do it within 30 days.

Desde el juego, y es inmediato. Abre Fall Line → Settings → Delete my data.

Se borra la ficha, el récord y todas las partidas del servidor, sin copia posible. Los cristales y los trajes no se borran porque viven en tu teléfono, no en el servidor.

Si no puedes abrir el juego, escribe a support@evolutiongame.es desde el correo de tu cuenta de Play Juegos y lo haremos en un máximo de 30 días.
